Refund policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Just Beautiful Boutique.  However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@justbeautifulboutique.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
